About the team:

FIS Wealth Outsourcing Solutions provides trust operations or securities processing services for more than 30 nationally recognized trust companies.   We have been serving other financial institutions for more than 25 years.  The Client Services team is comprised of 22 individuals which includes Management, Relationship Managers, and Client Service Managers.

What you will be doing:

Client Service Managers provide daily support to an assigned customer base of Trust Outsourcing clients.  You must effectively communicate and support the outsourcing product line, including operational services and AddVantage system functionality.  You will be accountable for building relationships with the client and developing an understanding of various client business models.  You will be challenged to deliver increased value, productivity, and overall satisfaction to the client. 

  • Answer customer inquiries, primarily over the telephone or e-mail relating to Trust system functionality and/or capabilities.
  • Educate clients on various FIS processes and procedures assisting with awareness, navigation and self-help.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled status calls with client to discuss important key service topics, to review projects in client’s queue and to discuss available service offerings.
  • Coordinate meetings with Operations Supervisors for troubleshooting of specific issues that impact the client.
  • Provides oversight on project requests including participating in project kickoffs to ensure understanding of project expectations and scope, monitors target dates and guides client through the implementation process.
  • May work at an FIS or a remote location.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years Customer Service experience
  • Above Average Problem-Solving Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations
  • Above Average Organizational & Communication Skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team Player
  • Ability to Think "Big Picture" (i.e. Identify all areas impacted by an issue and/or change)

Added bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge regarding the Trust industry environment including operational and system functionality.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $65,440.00 - $106,660.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
