The Change Manager will lead and support large-scale change initiatives across global corporate environments. This role requires proven experience in implementing organizational change strategies and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The Change Manager will work closely with:

  • IS Change Management and Behaviour Team
  • CIO Journey and Change Management Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and document a comprehensive change overview and strategy.
  • Conduct business impact assessments and determine organizational readiness.
  • Assist the project lead in preparing stakeholder communications, including strategies and supporting materials.
  • Define business training and awareness approaches, including preparation of communication materials.
  • Create, implement, and monitor the change management plan.
  • Drive ongoing behaviour change management strategies, including post-initiative sustainment and resistance management.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Change Manager
