核心目标：聚焦TE 路径策略、全病程项目及项目推进。

任职资质

• 专业背景： 医学、药学、生物学相关专业优先（能够理解基本的学术术语，看懂 TE 课题背景）硬核技能：
• 学术检索： 熟悉 PubMed、知网或公司内部医学库，能辅助搜集 TE 项目背景资料。
• 项目管理： 熟悉甘特图或敏捷项目管理工具，能清晰梳理 TE 路径的推进节点。
• 文档功底： 具备严谨的文字表达能力，能撰写规范的医学会议纪要或项目通报。
• 素质要求：
• 严谨合规意识： TE 路径涉及大量合规要求，候选人必须细心且具有极强的合规底线。
• 沟通协调力： 需具备与医学部（Medical）、销售团队及外部供应商多方协作的沟通能力。
