Job Description:

dentsu is a network designed for what’s next, helping clients predict and plan for disruptive future opportunities and create new paths to growth in a sustainable economy. As a unified organisation, dentsu brings together deep expertise across media, creative and customer experience to deliver integrated solutions that drive meaningful progress for clients and society.

As a Senior Client Executive in our Sydney office, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of a key client partnership, leading campaign implementation, client communications and cross-functional coordination across a range of integrated media channels. Working closely with an experienced Director, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your skills, build stronger client relationships and develop into a more senior media professional.

This role is ideal for an experienced Executive or Senior Executive looking for a genuine step up in responsibility. You'll be trusted to drive campaign delivery, manage client expectations, oversee financial administration and help support junior team members, while continuing to learn from senior leaders around you.

Working across channels including Digital, Social, Outdoor, Audio, Radio and Linear TV, you'll play a key role in bringing integrated campaigns to life and ensuring clients receive best-in-class service and outcomes.

Core responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for a key client, proactively managing communications, campaign updates, stakeholder expectations and relationship growth.

  • Coordinate and execute integrated media campaigns, ensuring activity is launched, monitored and optimised effectively across multiple channels.

  • Take ownership of campaign budgets, forecasts, invoicing and reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial administration and reporting.

  • Work closely with planning, investment, media partners and specialist teams to help translate strategy into seamless campaign execution.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping drive workflow, quality control and ongoing capability development.

A bit about you:

  • Experience in media planning, activation, buying or campaign implementation across media channels such as Digital, Social, Outdoor, Audio, Radio or TV.

  • Comfortable managing day-to-day client relationships and leading campaign conversations with confidence.

  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail across campaign delivery, budgets and reporting.

  • A proactive and naturally curious individual who enjoys asking questions, understanding the "why" behind recommendations and taking ownership of outcomes.

  • Keen to broaden your channel expertise and continue developing your career within a collaborative agency environment.
