Summary: As an Expert Backend Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated backend systems that power IT and AI applications. You will leverage your extensive experience and deep technical expertise to shape software architectures, optimize system performance, and ensure robust and scalable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and involves mentoring senior and junior engineers, contributing to the strategic technological advancement of the organization. Tech. Skills: Java, Kotlin, Python, RDBMS, NoSQL, Document Stores, Caching, REST, MCP, Websocket, GraphQL Key Role & Responsibilities: • Architect and implement complex backend systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability using languages such as Java, Kotlin, and Python. • Employ RDBMS, NoSQL, and Document Stores to optimize data storage and retrieval, ensuring efficient data management strategies. • Design RESTful services, Websocket, and GraphQL endpoints that facilitate seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party services. • Implement state of the Art GenAI native Protocols like MCP to enable easy integration for Agentic AI • Deploy caching strategies to enhance application responsiveness and reduce load times using industry-standard techniques and tools. • Conduct thorough performance analysis and optimization of backend systems, proactively addressing bottlenecks. • Guide senior and junior engineers in best practices and innovative backend development methodologies. • Provide mentorship to foster professional growth and technical expertise within the engineering team. Professional & Technical Skills:- : • Extensive experience (5-8 years) in backend development with a strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Python. • Proven expertise in RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and document stores. • Familiarity with implementing caching solutions, REST, MCP, Websocket, and GraphQL. • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of guiding technical teams and articulating complex concepts. • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a practical approach to architecture and design challenges. • Passion for continuous learning and applying new technological advancements in backend development.
