We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our thriving and rapidly growing organization. As a recruiting professional, the ideal candidate will lead the doctor recruiting life cycle of their designated region/s. This includes a focus and leadership in the following recruiting functions: recruitment and sourcing, resume review/phone screens, tracking/organizing data, and negotiating employment agreements.

 

Salary: $80k + bonus

Core Responsibilities:

Establish relationships with veterinary students and senior doctors through various sourcing strategies

Review applications and interview applicants to place within our network of practices nationwide

Utilize social media and other networking platforms to build candidate pipeline

Ensure company staffing needs are filled in a timely manner, and that the company maintains a robust pipeline of qualified candidates

Schedule interviews

Post all job ads

Negotiates employment agreements

On-boards new hires

Performs other duties as assigned

Travel up to 30-40% in the surrounding area

 

Qualifications

At minimum 5 years of prior high level recruiting experience

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Prior ATS and data analytics experience (Workday Experience a plus!)

Must be able to work in a fast paces and dynamic work environment

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent presentation, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

Effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations
