Overview

The Homebuilder Elite Agent supports the Homebuilder Concierge team to develop and manage relationships with homebuilders. 

Responsibilities

  • Educates home builder sales agents and their respective homebuyers regarding the features and benefits of different solar products

  • Develops and progresses homebuilder accounts from installations to permission to operate

  • Works closely with internal partners (Design, Interconnection, Processing) to ensure a smooth path for customers and homebuilders alike

  • Provides regular updates on each lot/tract

  • Coordinates calls with home builder sales teams

  • Collects signatures for all appropriate documents; processes transactions

  • Audits accounts to ensure customers are receiving exceptional experience

  • Attends team meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts, and goals

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years of related customer service experience

  • Ability to work extended hours subject to business needs

  • Technical expertise in the end-to-end process

  • Salesforce expertise and fluency

  • Excellent customer engagement skills

  • Sense of urgency to provide prompt responses to customers

  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail

  • Advanced interpersonal and team skills; ability to maintain positive relationships with each interaction 

  • Ability to manage time effectively

  • Self-motivation; ability to work independently to meet customer and organizational objectives

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$16.83 to $22.44

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.  Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
