The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be achieving sales and growth targets for Automation and Communication (Substation automation, Protection Relay, Multiplexer and Teleprotection) within utility markets and accounts, including pipeline development, management, and accurate sales forecasting.

Job Description

  • Driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Defining bid pricing, positioning, and channel strategies to maximize competitiveness.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align and optimize sales strategies.
  • Leading technical and commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders, including EPCs, end-users, and consultants.
  • Tracking market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Your background

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in utility segment (PLN).
  • Strong Track record of sales and consistently achieving aggressive target.
  • Ability to manage complexity, lead through change and operate in fast paced environments.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English.
