About The Role

We're looking for an awesome SEO Coordinator to be part of our dynamic performance marketing team at KOHO. In this role, you'll support the SEO & Content Manager in executing our SEO strategy, helping more people discover KOHO through organic search. You'll have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles with blog planning while using your analytical skills to help optimize our content and drive meaningful results. What You’ll Do

  • Support the SEO & Content Manager in executing the overall SEO strategy with a primary focus on the KOHO blog.
  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy for KOHO's blog content that delivers compelling educational content.
  • Utilize search data from Ahrefs, Search Console and Google Trends to decipher user intent, and inform content and keyword strategy.
  • Maintain an organized editorial calendar and leverage AI to create content briefs and blog copy.
  • Seamlessly upload SEO-optimized blogs to the KOHO website using our Content Management System (CMS).
  • Monitor and analyze blog performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to identify trends and opportunities to improve blog content, structure, user experience and technical performance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO improvements and ensure new features are SEO-friendly.
  • Coordinate with and support the wider marketing team to align blog SEO efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

About You

  • 2-5 years of experience in SEO or content marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic growth.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Strong editorial mindset with a keen understanding of audience preferences and a drive to create content that resonates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Bilingual proficiency in French and English

Compensation at KOHO is determined through various factors including but not limited to: comparable salary market data within Canada, technical skill assessment, a holistic view of previous work history, and internal pay equity with other KOHO team members.

Target Base Salary Range
$75,000$90,000 CAD
