Ardent is seeking a Data Analyst, Level II to join our team.
This is a Hybrid / Remote position based in the Washington, DC area.
Position Description:
Ardent is seeking a Data Analyst, Level II. The successful candidate will offer technical and subject matter expertise in the areas of financial and workforce modeling, business transformation, advanced data analytics, and strategy. While specific assignments will vary depending on staffing needs, examples of projects include the following:
Integrate data sets across multiple platforms that lead to a comprehensive view of workforce data and trends and inform recruitment and retention initiatives, programs, and policies.
Develop analytical models and support data visualization to enhance analytic capabilities, improve access to data, and improve collaboration and information management.
Collect and analyze staffing and workload data to create workload staffing model that calculates and visualizes staffing gaps to support future resource requests.
Build and maintain dashboards that report on mission-critical activities and improve standardization, communication, and priority alignment to streamline reporting.
