IT Trainee – Business Value Realization

Job Description

In this role you’ll support on developing and managing tracking processes and regular communication mechanisms to report on value realization from key DTS initiatives across the enterprise

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Support the implementation of the IT Operating Model Enablement (DOME) program to improve alignment between IT, Finance, and Business.

  • Use reporting tools to track initiatives, performance metrics, and support data‑driven decision making.

  • Facilitate collaboration between IT and business teams to translate business opportunities into technology solutions.

  • Contribute to an outcome‑focused approach across IT, Product, Project Management, and Finance initiatives.

  • Engage with mentors and collaborate with the global DTS and Finance network to apply best practices.

  • Support interactions with IT and Business executives by preparing reports, insights, and follow‑up actions.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • College student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus in a Business, Information Technology or Finance.

  • Previous relevant internship or related work experience.

  • Curious and motivated to solve issues with data; problem-solving attitude.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • English fluent level

  • Solid knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Leadership experience during college years
