Location: Calder Vets Brighthouse

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: From £27,000 per annum

Hours: Full time, flexible rota patterns can be discussed, 1 in 4 Saturday rota, no nights.

Your role and responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our site at Brighouse. The role will be a fair share of the below:
    • Running nurse clinics
    • Assisting vet during consults
    • Assisting in theatre with the vets
    • Monitoring anesthetics with the surgical team
    • Nursing care for day patients.
    • We care about our staff having a work/life balance and offer a varied shift pattern working 40 hours per week over 5 days, with a share in the 1:4 weekends.

Calder Vets is a long established first opinion, small animal practice, with our central Hospital in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. We also have 8 satellite clinics across South & West Yorkshire, including excellent support from our sister referral Hospital, Paragon Veterinary Referrals.
