Description -
Job Summary
• This role is responsible for actively engaging in global and cross-organizational teams, overseeing the entire lifecycle of learning solutions and contributing to introduction of new methods and process improvement. The role applies intermediate subject matter knowledge to manage small to medium projects and support alignment of project strategies with business priorities. The role coordinates with peers to ensure solution alignment, maintains accountability for operational goals, and manages project finances.
Responsibilities
• Participates in global and cross-organizational teams on needs assessment, intervention selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous innovation and improvement of learning solutions.
• Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to manage the lifecycle of and complete small to medium projects assigned from development to implementation.
• Displays project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, managing time, and delivering results.
• Coordinates product status with other program managers and instructional designers within the department.
• Holds accountability for operational goals and the management of project level financial planning, budgeting, and tracking/reporting.
• Contributes to the introduction of new methods and processes for improving project operations.
• Supports in building, executing, measuring, and improving/simplifying functional proficiency programs.
• Integrates and synthesizes technical, substantive, and contextual business information from multiple teams and sources to design effective learning solutions. that meet the needs of the business.
• Aligns project priorities and learning and development strategies with business under guidance from senior project managers.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in training, presentation, facilitation, consulting, project management, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
