• Lead and manage the import airfreight operations team to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery
• Act as the primary escalation point for customers and ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution
• Oversee end-to-end import operations including booking, customs clearance, trucking, doc-umentation, billing, and vendor coordination
• Ensure operational excellence by meeting KPIs, productivity targets, and compliance stand-ards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, SOP implementation, and process optimization
• Manage vendor performance, cost control, and contribute to GP maximization
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and overseas counterparts to support business growth and customer retention
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and system updates (e.g., CargoWise, internal sys-tems)
• Lead customer communication, reporting, and operational reviews
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Code of Conduct, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and coach team members, ensuring capability building and succession planning
• Support new business implementation and onboarding of new customers
