What You’ll Do: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our PMO Department in ensuring the successful execution and alignment of projects with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will assist in tracking project progress, coordinating tasks, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic project management environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside project managers to align project objectives with company goals.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, updating project timelines, and reporting on milestones to stakeholders.
  • Support in managing task deadlines to ensure project schedules are met.
  • Aid in ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Contribute to the review of project plans and related documentation.
  • Assist in analyzing project data and contributing to risk assessments for ongoing projects.
  • Assist in producing reports for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support effective communication among stakeholders and project team members.
  • Assist in maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of project objectives.

You Have These: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management role.
  • Prior internship or entry-level experience in project management and or coordination is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Position based in Milan.
