Working Hours: 37 hours per - Monday to Friday 9-5pm
Contract Type: Fixed Term - 12 month maternity cover
Salary:£24,243-£28,930

“As a Recovery Worker you'll be caring, flexible and creative, thrive under pressure, know how to connect with people at all levels and really enjoy helping others to live as independently as possible. You’d also like to be part of an organisation that counts on the professionalism, insight, expertise, and passion of its staff to inspire individual recovery for the people they work with.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee your own caseload.
• Concentrate on the person and their individual needs, choices and aspirations, rather than on diagnostic categories or labels.
• Work with individuals to develop agreed, meaningful and achievable person - centred plans with positive outcomes that meet the individual’s aspirations.

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Able to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
• Able to motivate, support and advocate for people using services
• Good interpersonal and listening skills
• Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle as this role is community based
