About the role

Manage and maintain the operations and service levels of the End User Computing infrastructure across St Vincent’s. 

  • Report to the EUC Systems Manager

  • Oversee the daily administration of the organisation’s end user computer infrastructure and systems

  • Co-ordinate the design, planning, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure and architecture

  • Work on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), group policy, application deployment, operating system deployment, and endpoint security

  • Enjoy flexible working, with each week typically being 3 days in office and 2 from home

About you

  • Experience supporting complex Microsoft network environments

  • Proven ability deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams

  • Experience managing MECM environments and Microsoft technologies (server, desktop, applications)

  • Strong PC hardware/peripheral knowledge and skills, including application packaging and deployment

  • Familiarity with ITIL Service Desk environments and change management processes
