ModMed is looking for a motivated Senior Revenue Operations Consultant who has strong customer service and negotiation skills. This role will be responsible for closing all assigned subscription-based renewal opportunities after the sales process, retaining the highest percentage of annual recurring revenue (ARR) from customers who want to terminate their subscriptions while still under contract, and managing various other customer success support tasks as needed. The Senior Revenue Operations Consultant ensures timely renewals, increases knowledge of our suite of products/solutions, and helps maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while collaborating with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Support, and internal management. Your Role:

  • Work directly with Customer Success Managers, Sales Representatives, Sales Operations, and our customers to ensure timely and accurate contract renewal execution.
  • Manage and own internal and external renewal processes (via salesforce CPQ and MMI legal team) for all customers in multiple time zones across the US.
  • Support the customer success case queue in Salesforce to address add-ons, contract questions, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Vice President of Customer Success, and General Manager on all reports renewal/price attainment tracking sheets, and retention results. 
  • Make outbound calls to existing medium and low complexity customer base in order to close upcoming subscription-based renewal contracts. This includes any residual Month-to-Month clients, shifting them to 12, 24, or 36-month agreements. Collaborate with the Customer Success executive team on high-complexity clients.
  • Identify key issues in customer satisfaction and develop loyalty solutions that are aligned with our corporate goals
  • Communicate information to management and staff in order to maximize customer retention, revenue, and profitability.
  • Own the renewal price template, completing 90 days in advance of each renewal.
  • Track and manage all renewal activity in Salesforce CRM and analyze current customer agreements & data to determine retention and uplift strategy.
  • Track and trend monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal summaries with MMI Management, highlighting outcomes and price attainment goals.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, business account management, account renewals, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • SaaS (software-as-a-service) experience is required. Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Proven sales experience and ability to overcome objections.
  • Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence.
  • Results-driven and solution-oriented with effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond job tasks presented, while working independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude, but able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ideally seeking a candidate based in South Florida who has the ability to work a hybrid work schedule within our Boca Raton, FL headquarters.
