A qui êtes-vous rattaché ?
Au sein de notre Siège social, vous êtes rattaché(e) au service Engineering. Vous aurez pour but de participer à la transformation digitale de l’Engineering GE Vernova.
Quelles seront vos futures missions ?
En tant que stagiaire Ingénieur Digital, vous serez au cœur de notre transformation technologique. Votre rôle sera de développer un API (application programming interface) avec un simulateur physique et/ou une application python de dimensionnement pour un système auxiliaire utilisé par nos turbine à gaz.

Who will you report to?
Within our Headquarters, you will be part of the Engineering department. Your mission will be to contribute to the digital transformation of GE Vernova Engineering.
What will your future responsibilities be?
As a Digital Engineering Intern, you will be at the heart of our technological transformation. Your role will involve developing an API (Application Programming Interface) with a physical simulator and/or a Python-based sizing application for an auxiliary system used in our gas turbines.
What kind of student are we looking for?
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
Strong command of the Python ecosystem: Beyond the basics, you are able to write clean and well-structured code. Knowledge of libraries such as Pandas (data manipulation), NumPy, COM objects, and API or interface development frameworks (such as FastAPI or Flask) is a real advantage.
Knowledge of physics and thermodynamics: You will need to understand the physics behind the code in order to verify the accuracy of the obtained results and explain the methodology used.
Soft Skills
Curiosity: You enjoy learning independently and experimenting with new libraries.
Analytical and critical thinking: Ability to assess the relevance and accuracy of code-generated results.
Autonomy & Proactiveness: You are not afraid to start from scratch and propose a prototype (PoC).
Communication: Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and share them with the team and end users.
Languages
English (minimum B2 level): Essential for reading technical documentation and communicating with GE Vernova’s international community.
