JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: 

 

Responsible for managing the on-site order pick up process (Will Call) for Sysco Customers and Associates. 

Role Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assist Customers and Associates in the process of picking up the orders from Will Call Area 

  • Ensure that Customers/Associates sign the invoices at the time of picking up products  

  • Process Cash and/or debit payments for COD orders 

  • Ensure that Will Call area is well organized and free of any safety hazards 

  • May be required to cover other clerical duties as assigned 

  • Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met. 

  • Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their Supervisor. 

  • Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements (About you): 

 

  • 1-2 Years’ work experience  

  • Warehouse or Customer Service environment experience is an asset 

  • High School Diploma 

  • Basic math and reading comprehension 

  • PC skills (MS Office, keyboarding, etc.)
