We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Account Manager (Activations, PR and Influencer) with our awesome team in Auckland.
The role:
A Senior Account Manager (Activations, PR and Influencer) is responsible for developing strategic solutions for clients, facilitating concept development and confidently leading the creation and presentation of client proposals.
The role leads the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on activations, events, experiential, instore & ambient sampling, PR and influencer marketing.
A SAM builds strong relationships with clients, partners and suppliers, ensuring campaigns are delivered to an exceptional standard while exceeding client expectations.
As a senior member of the team, the SAM leads projects independently, mentors junior team members and contributes to the ongoing growth and culture of the business.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across activations, events, experiential, sampling, PR and influencer marketing, from strategy and planning through to execution and reporting.
Build and manage strong client relationships while overseeing project timelines, budgets, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure exceptional campaign outcomes.
Develop integrated campaign plans that connect activation, PR, influencer and social activity, collaborating with creative, media, strategy and social specialists.
Analyse campaign performance and deliver insightful reporting, recommendations and optimisation opportunities that drive client success.
Mentor and support junior team members, while contributing to new business opportunities, creative ideation and organic client growth.
A bit about you:
4–5 years’ experience in activations, events, experiential marketing, PR, influencer marketing or a related agency environment.
Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to confidently lead multiple campaigns simultaneously.
A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
Commercially minded, detail-oriented and passionate about consumer trends, brand experiences and integrated marketing.
A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving challenges and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
