What you’ll do
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven EMEA New Equipment Key Accounts Director position as a regional expert for New Equipment Key Accounts (NE KA) and large deals. The jobholder will lead the NE KA community and act as a referring point for countries thanks to both sales and technical expertise – being in charge of coordinating existing Global Key Accounts agreements, regional agreements and also local ones by working closely with local sales NE KA organizations and sales leaders for EMEA region. Leading directly some KA negotiations will be also part of the mission. From a product standpoint, the NE KA position will be in a permanent collaboration with mainly the EMEA CLCs to ensure our product range fits with the customer expectations.

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening partnerships with major clients, and ensuring our company remains the preferred provider of elevator solutions in all building sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the building or elevator industry, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to drive complex, high-value projects across multiple markets. How you’ll do it
Strategic Partnerships: Identify opportunities of value creation that will strengthen the relationship with the company’s top customers translating in long lasting partnerships. Drive and negotiate frame agreements, ensuring global and regional strategies are executed effectively at the local level. Establish and monitor KPIs to monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
 

Leadership of NE KA Network: Build and lead a robust NE KA community, serving as the primary contact for support and organization. Facilitate the sharing of best practices across frame agreements, prospects, and tracking methodologies
 

Coordination and Support: Oversee trans-national agreements, supporting local entities in developing their NE KA organizations. Assess current expertise and organizational structures to devise action plans that enhance performance, coverage and order growth.

Sales Leadership: Drive NE sales by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore strategic partnerships to grow the new equipment business, negotiate major contracts and position our solutions as the best choice for customers.
 

Innovation & Value Creation: Leverage market insights to influence product development and tailor solutions that provide a competitive advantage.

Requirements
- Industry Expertise: Minimum 7 years of experience in the elevator industry, vertical transportation, or related construction/building industry.
- Sales & Account Leadership: Proven track record of managing KAs, negotiating large-scale contracts, and achieving revenue targets.
- Regional & Multinational Exposure: Strong understanding of EMEA markets, with experience managing diverse business environments and customer expectations.
- Technical & Commercial Acumen: Ability to understand building or elevator technologies, customer project requirements, and financial aspects of large contracts.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, manage complex negotiations, and drive results in a matrix organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales management or Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Languages: English and french fluency is required; additional EMEA language like spanish is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region as required (30% frequency).
