Job Description
Híbrido: Para esta posição é necessário estar presencialmente 3 vezes por semana.
O que você fará (responsabilidades):
Analisar itens específicos da reunião S&OP e outros itens com demanda regular de peças.
Realizar análise das “Listas de Exceção” (4 Dmd s/ Fcst; Fcst s/ SS; Fcst s/ Dmd, etc.).
Executar análises de Forecast e Safety Stock conforme critérios de acuracidade/curva (Relatório de Acuracidade BR e SAPC).
Preparar e dar suporte às reuniões de Sales & Operations e resultados (Market Intelligence).
Apoiar o time de Material Flow na revisão de Forecast/Safety Stock.
Gerar relatórios S&OP Demand Follow-up e Expedite/Defer.
Incluir Safety Stock para peças de veículos em lançamento.
Atuar de forma proativa com Marketing, Vendas, Finanças, Compras, Manufatura e Supply Chain para aprimorar o forecast, garantindo maior disponibilidade de peças e evitando excesso.
Suas habilidades e competências (qualificações obrigatórias):
Formação superior completa em Administração, Gestão de Negócios, Logística, Economia ou Engenharia.
Inglês nível intermediário e espanhol nível básico.
Domínio do pacote Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Pensamento lógico e analítico.
Boa comunicação oral e escrita.
O que pode te dar vantagem competitiva (qualificações desejáveis):
Experiência na área de Supply Chain.
Conhecimento do sistema SAP.
Habilidade para trabalhar com times multifuncionais e globais, com diversidade cultural e diferentes fusos horários.
Foco no cliente, facilidade para estabelecer relacionamentos interpessoais, visão estratégica, boa comunicação, técnicas de apresentação e foco em resultados.
Capacidade de gerenciar conflitos.
