Gallery Systems is offering an exciting growth opportunity on our Sales team to an energetic individual with exceptional communication skills and a talent for relationship building. The successful candidate is a self-directed, self-motivated individual, and rooted in the museum world. The candidate will need to work with cross-functional teams, think strategically, and understand the needs of a diverse and unique clientele. Ability to adapt and work in a progressive, dynamic, and changing technology environment is required. They will also be responsible to work with their clients on projects and to deliver basic trainings.Job Description:
THE POSITION
The Account Manager is responsible for promoting our technology, products, and services, establishing client relationships, and providing sales nurturing and support to our clients or prospects. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s solutions, as well as those of our competitors, and work in tandem with the sales and professional services departments. The Account Manager is responsible for working with prospective and existing clients, supporting them in defining their needs, keeping them informed of available products and enhancements, and for closing sales opportunities. The focus of this position will be in the UK and in Ireland where the successful candidate will build sustainable and long-term relationships in the museum environment to promote Gallery Systems.
