In this position you serve as one of the ServiceNow developers working as a team on developing software products associated with customer-defined systems and software applications.

More About the Role:

  • Actively participate in agile daily scrums and ceremonies, updating stories daily in ServiceNow documenting development progress and collaborating across platform teams
  • Support and participate in customer requirement workshops, working with product owner/stakeholders to configure requested items and tasks using Flow Designer to manage processes and meet business requirements
  • Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.
  • Help to develop the technical solutions, implement them, and perform the component integration tests.
  • Participate in product backlog grooming, sprint planning, product demonstrations and sprint retrospectives.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ability to attain DHS EOD
  • BA +8 years’ applicable experience, AA +10 years’ applicable experience, MA +6 years applicable experience or 16 years’ experience
  • Intermediate level understanding of ServiceNow
  • Intermediate level programming skills
  • Experience interacting with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and Developers
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • At least one of the following certifications:
  • Certified ServiceNow Developer
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or similar)

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Experience ServiceNow SecOps, specifically Security Incident Response (SIR)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Mgmt. (CSM)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,300
