You will play a vital role in spearheading the professionalization of our Talent Acquisition team by providing guidance and mentorship to our team of TA Specialists, cultivating strong partnerships with local HR and business leaders, and enhancing candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.



We are seeking an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition Manager with a deep understanding of the regional job market and expertise in modern, innovative recruitment practices. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional who thrives in dynamic, complex environments, and is energized by change, transformation, and continuous improvement.



Your ability to effectively communicate goals, coupled with a proactive and hands-on attitude, and strategic and analytical thinking will be essential in driving success in this role. Moreover, your adeptness at managing and engaging stakeholders will play a pivotal role in fostering inclusive and engaging hiring practices.



You will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with peers in our global Center of Expertise (COE) TA team, working closely with colleagues from EMEA, the Americas, and Global HR.

Job Description:

 

Your Role in Feeding the Future 

  • Shape and execute the regional talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with Nutreco’s global objectives. 

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of TA Specialists across the APAC region. 

  • Cultivate strong partnerships with local HR leaders and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and driving alignment across functions. 

  • Manage recruitment capacity planning in coordination with regional workforce planning to ensure readiness for future talent needs. 

  • Enhance the candidate experience and embed recruitment best practices across all stages of the hiring process. 

  • Drive impactful initiatives in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and diversity & inclusion, tailored to local market conditions. 

  • Leverage data insights and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in recruitment strategy. 

  • Bring hands-on expertise in managing complex recruitment for senior and strategic roles, delivering tailored, high-impact talent solutions in a dynamic environment. 

 

What You Bring 

We are looking for an experienced in-house TA Manager with a deep understanding of the regional job market and the ability to lead in a matrixed, complex environment. 

Key Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience managing and scaling a regional Talent Acquisition team, coaching and mentoring team members across borders. 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate effectively with HR and business leaders. 

  • Expertise in modern recruitment technologies and strategies, including ATS platforms (e.g., Workday), digital sourcing tools, AI, and candidate assessment platforms. 

  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to use recruitment analytics to influence decisions, improve processes, and deliver measurable outcomes. 

  • Experience in delivering employer branding initiatives that boost brand awareness and attract talent. 

  • Solid knowledge and practical application of change management, problem-solving, and agile project delivery. 

  • Hands-on attitude—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to ensure execution. 

 

Preferred Educational Background: 

  • Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or similar fields.
