The Senior Client Services Project Manager owns the end‑to‑end delivery of Aven Hospitality Products implementations, ensuring successful outcomes for customers while balancing customer needs, product capabilities, and delivery constraints. This role combines strong project leadership with consultative engagement, acting as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their implementation journey.

The Senior Client Services Project Manager partners closely with customers, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to design and deliver solutions that drive adoption, value realization, and long‑term success.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer‑facing implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live and handover to Customer Success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, building trust and credibility at senior stakeholder levels

  • Partner with Product and Solution Engineering to validate feasibility and ensure solutions align with platform standards

  • Apply consultative practices to guide customers toward best‑practice solutions rather than simply executing stated requests

  • Use strong product and domain knowledge to challenge assumptions, offer alternatives, and influence customer decisions

  • Help customers understand trade‑offs between customization, configuration, timelines, and long‑term scalability

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in software/SaaS implementations, professional services, or technical project management

  • Proven track record delivering complex, customer‑facing implementations in B2B environments

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities

  • Strong project management skills, including scope control, risk management, and dependency tracking

  • Demonstrated consultative skills, with the ability to influence customer decisions and drive outcomes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

  • Ability to quickly develop deep product knowledge and apply it in customer scenarios

  • Experience working with or familiarity with hospitality products or platforms is a plus, but not required
