The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring that proposed solutions are practical and sustainable. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key initiatives, fostering collaboration across multiple teams to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor progress of business initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing business intelligence reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills to articulate business needs and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
