What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.
The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency.
Design, develop and use IT organization s technology platforms, architecture, operating model on the business technology sector.
What are we looking for? We are looking for a strong technology manager who can own and run the technology enablement for transitions, ensuring that transitions are structured, scalable, governed, and consistently executed.
This person should:
Take end-to-end ownership of transition technology capabilities and day-to-day execution
Translate transition and delivery needs into practical, repeatable technology solutions
Drive standardization, automation, and quality controls across transition activities
Work closely with transition leads, domain SMEs, and delivery teams to reduce manual effort and risk
Ensure knowledge is structured, validated, and ready before reuse
Apply governance, controls, and compliance as part of normal execution (not as an afterthought)
Be comfortable operating hands-on, while influencing stakeholders across teams
It would be a value add if you are proficient in enabling technology-led transitions by applying automation and AI-assisted approaches, improving knowledge quality and reusability, and working with structured process standards. Experience embedding governance, controls, and risk discipline into day-to-day execution, while collaborating closely with transition leads and domain SMEs, would be highly beneficial.
Roles and Responsibilities: This role ensures transitions are technology-led, scalable, governed, and outcome-driven, enabling consistent delivery across accounts while reducing risk, effort, and dependency on manual execution.
The role operates as the single technology authority for transitions, bridging business strategy, delivery execution, and innovation.

Execute end-to-end technology strategy for transitions
Establish a future-ready transition architecture that supports scale and repeatability
Ensure technology decisions are aligned to business outcomes, not tools
Offering & Capability Ownership
Own the transition technology offering including positioning, roadmap, and adoption
Standardize transition execution through reusable, modular capabilities
Balance standardization with flexibility for client-specific needs
AI, Automation & Innovation Enablement
Drive adoption of AI-assisted and automated workflows across transition activities
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual effort in knowledge transfer, analysis, and reporting
Ensure critical decisions retain human oversight
Knowledge & Quality Governance
Establish quality-by-design across transition knowledge
Ensure structured, validated, and certified knowledge before reuse
Eliminate rework, duplication, and low-quality documentation
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
Serve as the single point of contact for transition technology
Engage senior leaders, account teams, and domain stakeholders
Represent the transition technology in leadership forums
