Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Responsible For:
- Provide support in production area when requested for equipment’s installed – thin clients, printers, barcode scanners/printers
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware (like pc/laptop/printer), software and resources used
- Be familiar with peripherals used like printers, scanners, thin clients
- Office users support
- Networking skills medium
- MES systems support/maintenance (production, flows, processes, label printing)
- Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
- Virtualization support for VmWare machines/servers
- Maintain and implement policies and procedures for information processing and computer systems operations and peripherals
- Maintain documentation and hardware/software registers
- Maintain and update procedural documentation and periodic reports as needed
- Create and maintain compliance documentation for audit and production applications
- Create and maintain schematic drawings for network infrastructure
Job Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Package
- Analytical skills
- English medium
- Romanian fluent
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines with minimum supervision
- Ability to document processes, procedures, reports and results
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- Technical degree
- Good knowledge of MS Office/365 package, SQL data-bases
- Cisco CCNA
Working Conditions:
- 40 Hours / week
- Flexible working hours may be required to cover out of hours as and when necessary
