Your future missions:
In the world of vertical flight, some components simply cannot fail. As part of our Transmission System Engineering team, you aren't just running numbers; you are the guardian of "Catastrophic Failure" components.
From the H160 to the record-breaking Racer, you will be the technical authority ensuring our dynamic systems withstand the most extreme flight envelopes.
Your Challenge
Beyond the Screen: You don’t just simulate; you validate. You define and follow-up on flight tests or laboratory tests to correlate your Samcef models.
Certification Authority: You are the voice of Airbus Helicopters when defending substantiation documents to international aviation authorities.
Methodology Leader: You won’t just use existing tools; you will help evolve our calculation methods for the next generation of rotorcraft.
Your Profil:
We are looking for a "Mechanical Mindset" rather than just a software operator:
Educated to 5 years’ degree level (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering.
Experience: 5 to 10 years in mechanical part analysis (Metallic materials, RDM, Static & Fatigue).
Proven experience with FEM ( Samcef)
Static and fatigue analysis
Experience in crack propagation or fatigue testing is a plus.
Aviation authorities / Certification knowledge is a plus
Good relationship
Autonomy, Team spirit, Rigour
Language Skills: Advanced of French & Advanced of English
