What do you need to know about the role:

In this role you will be responsible primarily for Cryptography domain- Key/cert management along with DevOps. You will be also responsible for secondary technologies such as Zscaler, Product Security, Identity and Access Management, Citrix and so on.

Meet our team:

We are run team responsible for L2/L3 tasks and managing multiple security tools such as IAM, Proxy, Citrix, SSO, Key/cert management, access certification. Along with operations, we do create and maintain SOPs, support projects and deployment with customer experience in mind.

You will be SME for Key/cert management in NA and will be coordinating with users/owners for cert renewal, rotation. Along with this you will be responsible for performing automation in the team. You will be also supporting team with Service now tickets, Documentation, escalations and on call responsibilities.

• SNOW ticket management

• Coordination and communication with vendors, partners and application owners

• Automating manual work to increase efficiency

• Service Now tickets for different tracks

• Sop creation and validation

• On call responsibilities
