Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills : SUSE Linux Administration
Good to have skills : Red Hat OS Administration

Summary: Expert level knowledge and experience on administering, configuring, and troubleshooting major issues on Linux - RHEL 7,8 and SUSE Linux 12.5 and 15.x Good Experience on any one these clustering technologies SuSE HA/Redhat Strong work experience and troubleshooting skills in either one of these Platforms Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud/Open stack administrations. Good working Experience on LDAP, Postfix, SSH, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP Working experience in using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, Tanium and ELK Proven ability to multi-task, adapt quickly to new environments and learn new technologies Scripting or Coding experience or Knowledge on Terraform, Chef and Bash is an advantage Good Interpersonal Skills, team-working attitude, takes initiatives and very proactive in solving problems and providing best solutions. Excellent client relation skills and to drive and complete the tasks effectively and efficiently where customer services and technical skills are demanded
