Overview:

The Account Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital campaigns. This individual will be part of an integrated account service team on a key account in the automotive category.

Location: 155 Queens Quay East 

Hybrid: 3 days in office and/or client site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a key point of client contact. Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Lead the development of comprehensive digital strategies that align with client objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies are executed effectively.
  • Campaign Management:
    Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed performance metrics. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Familiarity with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) techniques is essential to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Financial Management:
    Help manage account budgets, forecasts, and profitability. Ensure accurate billing and financial reporting in line with agency and client expectations.
  • Client Presentations and Reporting:
    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing campaign results, strategic insights, and future recommendations. Ensure regular reporting is provided to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital account management, preferably within an advertising, digital or marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
  • Digital experience: .com, .ca, UI/UX and platform experience
  • Platform experience with App Optimize or EPIserver strong nice to have
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, display, programmatic, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) techniques and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
