Job Description:

IT Site Services Lead (m/f/x)

 

This position will have management accountability for the delivery of Infrastructure Services (IT and OT) and Application Development and Support services, from the IT Technology Services Team to the our Manufacturing Site.

 

We are looking for someone who wants to provide to our business and end user community, IT Solutions and Services that will enhance the manufacturing of our critical products at our manufacturing plant. Main Tasks:

• Be accountable for all aspects of delivery of IT Technology Services to the site, including, Application and Infrastructure projects,

• IT Systems Operational reliability, IT Change management, and Service Delivery for Base business and end user programs.

• Ensure End-to-end IT risk management at the site including lifecycle management, information security, and GxP.

• Manage the support and delivery teams to maximize value

• Lead projects of various sizes with limited supervision through the Infrastructure and software development lifecycle applying Agile methodologies and tools

 

Qualifications - External

Important Requirements for Candidates:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Supply Chain or a related field or equivalent through experience

• Experience in building and deploying business solutions.  Supply Chain experience with systems such as MES desirable.

• ·Experienced with deploying solutions to high standard in a regulated environment, such as Life Sciences (GxP), desirable.

• Experience in optimizing processes and delivering upon cost reduction challenges

• Experience in IT infrastructure delivery, application development and support

• Experience in managing a team of IT specialists

 

You Are:

·  A very good communicator, able to adapt communication depending on the customer, with End Users, IT technical experts or business executives

·  Fluent in local language and in English

·  Able to move naturally issues or problems to solutions with business value

·       A Technologist who can span multiple technology solutions, and who can provide innovative ways of problem solving

·  Able to understand the big picture with good analysis skills to translate data reports into improvement activities

·   A very good team leader, with good listening skills and who can develop people
