What you will do
Oversee logistics execution for Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Distributor Markets
Manage importation of shipments, inventory, and Logistics Service Provider relationship
Cross-functional coordination
Continuous Improvement (Quality, Time, Cost) in logistics area
Liaise with Amgen global and local network to ensure the product supply
Provide oversight and manage relationship with Thailand and Singapore Logistics Service Providers (LSP)
Manage in-market operations (e.g. importation, goods receiving, storage, inventory management, transportation/logistics issues, capacity analysis and management) in Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore
Manage in-market operations (e.g. importation, goods receiving, transportation/logistics issues) for Distributor Markets
Ensure LSP is meeting performance expectations and adhering to contractual terms
Manage budget for in market operations and prepare financial submissions for latest estimates and long-range planning scenarios
Support Quality in inspections, internal and external audits, and mock recalls
Identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize processes and/or provide costs savings
Shipment notification to customs broker & LSP and tracking shipment, Import declaration review, submit customs duty payment request, Maintain shipment record and shipment documents
Optimize processes and procedures to flawlessly execute supply chain activities.
Develop Standard Operation Procedures or other form of work instructions.
Support Compliance Hub and Quality in GDP compliance activities - deviations, corrective actions, temperature excursions– within Amgen’s quality management system
Own and investigate distribution complaints, manage change controls in quality management systems
Facilitate internal and external meetings
Inventory reconciliation & monthly reports to finance
Perform Annual stock count

What we expect of you
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3 to 5+ years supply chain experience, preferably with pharmaceutical companies.
Thai (business proficiency) is required
English (business proficiency) is preferred
APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) certification is a plus
Knowledge and Skills
Logistics experience and preferably in the pharma industry”
Pharmaceutical supply chain management
GMP/GSP/GDP
Pharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge
Knowledge in Thai and International regulations and practices related to distribution of pharmaceutical products
ERP system, experience in SAP implementation is preferred
Cold chain management is a plus
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Motivated self-starter who can influence and change in an ambiguous environment
