This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure a smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain robust security postures while supporting business performance and compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of security architecture strategies to address evolving threats and business needs.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their understanding and capabilities within the security domain.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud security frameworks and controls.
- In-depth understanding of access management protocols, authentication mechanisms, and authorization models.
- Experience with security risk assessment and mitigation strategies in cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
