Job Purpose:

Responsible for planning, organising, and leading engagement with Medical Associations in alignment with corporate policies and strategies, and local regulations, with the objective of establishing mid- and long-term strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Relationship and Management:

  • Identify key stakeholders in Medical Association(s) and build long-term relationships to partner.

  • Develop/have a deep understanding of Medical Associations and the needs of their key stakeholders and patients.

Medical Association(s) Relationship Development Plan

  • Develop a long-term strategic engagement plan of working with associations on an annual and quarterly basis.

  • Build and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Joint-Plan execution to implement activities that integrate prevention & treatment and enhance life-course immunisation (e.g., congress strategy) across the associate membership.

  • Understand healthcare environment trends, challenges and opportunities, and engage with Medical Association(s)to identify solutions.

  • Enhance & expand share of voice (SOV) through medical association(s) communication platforms.

Operation & Execution

  • Collaborate with Medical, Marketing & Commercial Managers to understand the annual engagement plan and KPIs.

  • Lead the strategic planning and support the implementation of activities across medical association(s), monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance.

  • Collaborate with Medical, Marketing & Omnichannel to define HCP journeys and ensure high quality implementation of all engagement with medical association(s).

Requirements:

  • Pharmacist.

  • MD / PhD preferred

  • Strategic planning & analytical skill with entrepreneurial spirit

  • Project & cross-functional stakeholder management skill

  • People management skill

  • External stakeholder engagement, relationship building

  • Communication & negotiation skill

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, working at pace, agility to adapt and solve problems with limited information.

  • In depth understanding of the Vietnam healthcare system
