As a Benefits Program Manager, you will play a key role in building and implementing the benefits strategy and philosophy that will impact Workday’s most important asset -- our people. Your role will directly shape the positioning in providing competitive and innovative benefit programs. Your domain will include all benefit programs, but will be heavily focused on healthcare, wellbeing, retirement, financial and other benefits across US, Costa Rica, Canada, and Mexico.

About You
Manage vendors and programs to develop and deliver engaging and cost-effective benefits.
Partner with consultants and internal team to develop Workday’s overall benefit strategy.
Evaluate benefit trends and identify new and innovative offerings. Develop and recommend new or modified plans, programs and policies as needed.
Manage benefits offering to ensure effective alignment to Workday’s strategic direction.
Develop a thorough understanding of the Workday culture and translate this knowledge into thoughtful benefits program recommendations and identification of opportunities.
Partner cross functionally within the organization and externally with vendor partners to effectively develop and execute programs.
Manage and develop Request for Proposals (RPFs) and implement new programs and vendors
Ongoing program management of various benefits programs
Provide guidance to Benefits team, shared services, and third-party vendors on benefits and industry trends.
Proactively identify program improvement opportunities and address needed corrections.
Develop cost models, forecast analyses and plan design recommendations on a variety of US and International benefit programs.
Ensure benefit designs, programs and vendor partnerships comply with federal, state, and local laws and requirements.
Participate in ongoing Workday product releases and testing.
Participate in research and analysis for policies and programs.
Participate in professional benefits organizations and networking groups to understand trends in our industry.

Identificar de manera proactiva las oportunidades de mejora del programa y abordar las correcciones necesarias.
Desarrollar modelos de costos, análisis de previsiones y recomendaciones de diseño de planes sobre diversos programas de beneficios internacionales y de EE. UU.
Garantizar que el diseño de los beneficios, los programas y las asociaciones con los proveedores cumplan con las leyes y los requisitos federales, estatales y locales.
Participar en los lanzamientos y las pruebas de productos de Workday en curso.
Participar en la investigación y el análisis de políticas y programas.
Participar en organizaciones de beneficios profesionales y grupos de trabajo en red para conocer las tendencias de nuestro sector.
Otras cualificaciones
Conocimiento avanzado de la estrategia de beneficios y las tendencias del mercado, entre ellos, cuenta 401k, RSPP, seguro médico para jubilados, cuentas de gastos, soluciones puntuales, ofertas complementarias y tendencias específicas del sector.
Conocimiento de los planes de beneficios en EE. UU., Costa Rica, Canadá y México.

Capacidad para colaborar de manera eficaz con distintos departamentos de la organización y con proveedores externos. Sentir pasión por brindar una experiencia increíble a los empleados.
Dominio de Excel y PowerPoint, incluida la elaboración de presentaciones.
