Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data analysis techniques to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to sales.
  • Closely work with sales leadership supporting on sales operations activities for business vertical.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and business metrics.
  • Manage Sales forecasting and planning.
  • Requirement Gathering by Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business requirements.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within Salesforce. Perform data imports, updates, and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Handle ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of business objectives and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects is a plus.
