Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts. A typical day may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, developing design specifications, and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions. You will also engage in testing activities to ensure that the components meet the defined standards and performance criteria, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in the infrastructure processes. Roles & Responsibilities: • Cisco IPT Support & Configuration • Manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, and related VoIP infrastructure • Configure and troubleshoot features like Extension Mobility, CTI, Hunt Groups, Soft Key Templates, and Voicemail Profiles • Manage Cisco BE6K-M6-K9 systems, Business edition BE6000 series, UCS platform, deliver voice, video, messaging, conferencing, contact center and mobility tools in virtualized environment • Maintain and upgrade Cisco Unity Connection Administration (v10+) • Support Avaya PBX systems, including provisioning, troubleshooting, and integration with Cisco platforms • Support Avaya IP Office 500 v2 systems, modular communication design • Assist in Avaya-to-Cisco migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and minimal downtime • Monitor and maintain Avaya voicemail, call routing, and auto-attendant features Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cisco Network Services Orchestrator (NSO). - Strong understanding of data center architecture and operations. - Experience with network design and implementation. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and virtualization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
