Role Description: The Senior Business System Analyst is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the business domain and industry trends. They lead complex business analysis initiatives and projects, engaging with executive stakeholders to define strategic business objectives. Senior BSAs conduct feasibility studies, influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights, and contribute to the development and implementation of business analysis methodologies. Must-Have Skills: * Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies aligned with business objectives. * Leadership: Proficient in leading teams and engaging stakeholders. * Risk Management: Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. * Salesforce Certifications: At least 3 relevant domain-specific Salesforce certifications. * Agile Methodology: Expert in agile practices, JIRA, and JQL. * Mentorship: Skilled in mentoring and developing BSAs. * Domain Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the specific business domain. * Project Management: Proficient in managing projects from inception to completion. * Gap Analysis: Ability to perform gap analysis and develop mitigation strategies. * Effort Estimation: Proficient in estimating project efforts and resources. Good-To-Have Skills: * Business Development: Assist in business development activities. * Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for BSAs. * Solution Design: Advanced skills in designing effective business solutions. * Change Management: Proficient in managing and implementing change. * Requirements Management: Advanced proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence, Basecamp). * Prototyping: Skilled in using prototyping tools for creating mockups or wireframes (Figma/Zeplin). * Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project). Key Responsibilities: * Requirements Elicitation: Utilize advanced techniques to gather and document client requirements, and run effective client workshops. * Problem-Solving: Provide strategic and effective solutions to client problems. * Process Improvement: Proactively identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements. * Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level BSAs to foster their professional growth. Professional Attributes: * Strategic Vision: Possess a clear strategic vision and the ability to align business analysis with organizational goals. * Stakeholder Engagement: Strong skills in engaging and managing stakeholder relationships. * Risk Management: Proficient in risk management practices to ensure project success.
