Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that solutions are scalable and aligned with business objectives. The position emphasizes a cloud-first and agile approach to problem-solving, fostering continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve system architecture and development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript frameworks and responsive design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development, including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment strategies, particularly within cloud-first environments.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services effectively.
- Experience working within agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
