Summary:

Directs a Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) physician division or service line's marketing and/or recruitment for medical staff membership or physician employment while maintaining responsiveness to the system's present physician referral base.

Responsibilities:

Maintains relationships with the medical community through office visits, direct calls, and/or letters to facilitate communications on a routine basis.Collaborates with physicians and department leaders to grow and develop key services lines.Develops physician and community relationships to increase awareness of the services provided by Memorial Healthcare System/Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital to promote and/or build the bond between the referring physicians and hospital administration.Facilitates physician requests/concerns by providing solutions to optimize services.
