The Supply Chain Operations Associate works on programs related to customer satisfaction or return of defective materials from end customers, which require access to systems of partners of Accenture. He/she/they will work in one of the following areas: contacting suppliers to register and configure their accounts with the client's network, assisting suppliers to process e-invoices, addressing suppliers’ issues to the respective teams, administrating assigned workload in client systems, additional tasks related to enabling the revenue for the client via the supplier’s behaviors. The Supply Chain Operations Associate supports all quality assurance efforts and program criteria.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and manage outbound and inbound communications with customers.
  • Provide accurate and professional advice to customers on behalf of Accenture clients.
  • Engage with customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Maintain and update program databases with precision and timeliness.
  • Handle challenging and unique customer situations appropriately, following customer policies.
  • Identify, document, and escalate data or program-specific issues to the appropriate management level.
  • Prepare and update reports as needed for client delivery.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders and vendors when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate trends or recurring issues.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 12+ months previous customer service experience within a Contact Center.
  • Advanced English in written and spoken form (B2+)
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Very good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
