The Position

• 创新支付与商保策略： 领导并执行创新支付方案及商业医疗保险（CHI）策略，旨在提升患者的可负担性及产品的市场可及性。

• 多层次医疗保障体系： 推动产品进入多层次医疗保障体系，重点关注“惠民保”（城市定制型商业医疗保险）及其他普惠型保险项目。

• 市场洞察与政策分析： 深度分析医疗融资环境、基本医保（BMI）政策及商业保险趋势，识别战略性增长机会。

• 生态圈合作伙伴关系： 与关键利益相关者（包括 TPA 第三方管理机构、保险公司及互联网医疗平台）建立并维护战略合作伙伴关系，共同创建创新商业模式。

• 项目管理与合规： 监管准入相关项目的全生命周期，在严格遵守医疗合规（HCC）标准的前提下，确保卓越执行与按时交付。

• 跨部门协作： 作为核心协调人，整合市场、医学及准入团队资源，确保创新支付项目与整体业务战略高度对齐。

能力与经验要求

• 工作年限： 5 年以上医药或医疗行业经验，重点在市场准入、创新支付、商业保险或战略市场领域。

• 专业背景： 在管理商业健康险（CHI）项目或地方医保（BMI）准入项目方面有公认的成功记录。

• 教育程度： 药学、商业管理、卫生经济学或相关专业本科及以上学历。

• 岗位胜任力： 具备极强的战略思维，能将复杂的政策环境转化为可落地的业务计划；拥有卓越的利益相关者管理及谈判能力。
