The Opportunity:

The Product Management Intern will work closely with product managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to support the development and optimization of healthcare technology products. This role is designed for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in product management, business analysis, and healthcare operations. The intern will contribute to real projects, learn industry best practices, and develop skills in problem-solving, collaboration, and communication within a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

The summer internship would be a 10 week program starting June 1st and ending August 7th.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business, product, and user requirements.
  • Support product managers in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement or automation.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with engineering, data science, and operations teams.
  • Help create process diagrams, business cases, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Analyze data sets to identify trends and support product recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and testing of new product features.
  • Prepare and present findings to the product team and leadership.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and networking events as part of the internship program.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferred fields: Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related). Overall GPA of 3.5 with GPA of 3.7 preferred in major.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is a plus.
  • Interest in healthcare technology and product management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preference is candidate is east or central time based to align with availability with of the team.
  • No prior experience required; curiosity and willingness to learn are essential.

Working Conditions

  • General office environment or remote work.
  • Occasional meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Minimal physical demands; primarily sitting and computer work.
  • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week for the duration of the internship).
