A. Role Purpose

• Shaping, accelerating and driving remediation and transformation initiatives/programs of work to reduce risk for Technology & Enterprise Operations (T&EO). The role is focussed on strategy and operationalisation.

• The role will work closely with members of the T&EO business to plan, prioritise and deliver critical planning, implementation and readiness activities for large-scale transformation programs.

• Support the delivery strategic outcomes to be maximised through the provision of advice, insights and recommendations and transition into business as usual.

• Participation in cross T&EO and cross divisional strategic initiatives, divisional productivity, risk management, culture and engagement

• The Senior Consultant/Lead is responsible for successfully delivering a portfolio of initiatives to achieve transformational change, largely to reduce T&EO risk, ensuring that change is effectively and proactively managed, whilst minimising operational risk and disruption to internal and external stakeholders.

B. Main Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the business, identify business impacts and complete solution design, ensuring consideration of external factors within the enterprise.

•  Delivery of the portfolio of initiatives to achieve cost out targets as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities across the initiative/portfolio, where applicable.

• Proactively identify & manage risks & issues to the delivery of change activities & delivery portfolio.

• Analyse, consult and provide advice to executive (senior) members

• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

Qualification Requirements

• Analytical & Strategic Focused: structured problem solving to provide data driven insights maximising client outcomes and drive organisational productivity

• Advisory: assess and prioritise cross divisional initiatives evaluate risk management and governance frameworks and deliver strategies to reduce risk

• Project & Change Management Expertise: design, govern and deliver strategic priorities that realise benefit and sustained in business as usual

• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability across functions.

• Extensive business experience within the banking & finance industry or in a consulting environment.

• Significant experience leading project delivery, including across peers to achieve goals.

• Exposure to large scale project management/transformation

• Complex problem framing and critical thinking. Work collaboratively across functions, assessing best practice (internal and external)

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Identify and deliver quick wins and strategic sustainable solutions

• Adaptability, results-oriented and proactive in an evolving regulatory and risk environment.
