The Supply Chain Business Lead (SCBL) is responsible to advance and grow the Global Clinical Supply (GCS) business of delivering clinical supplies to patients.
The SCBL drives growth by supporting all lines in GCS with business planning, operations & external engagement activities. The optimization of all these elements internally and externally, enables colleagues and leaders to effectively develop flexible and creative clinical supply solutions in support of the delivery of Pfizer’s portfolio.
Applicant must have Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or in a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience within global clinical supply in a pharmaceutical company or relevant industry experience.
Proficiency with business operations, vendor engagement and vendor oversight.
Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills, to aggregate detailed data into digestible information that can be used to support decision making.
Ability to manage large budget and associated financial aspects to deliver on time against tight timelines.
Management of multi-disciplinary teams that includes collaboration, innovating, measuring work, negotiation, straight talk and delivering to milestones
This role is standard day Monday through Friday work shift; some off-shift support needed when issues arise.
