As an Regulatory Affairs Analyst you will be responsible for support the Regulatory Affairs EMEA team, in activities related to administrative tasks: coordinate payment of for invoices, submission of Purchase Orders, management of supplier and contracts.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Support administrative assignments
  • Coordinate payment and approvals for invoice paid by APL
  • Coordinate payment of fees to HA (renewals, inspections)
  • Management of Suppliers and Purchase orders
  • Contract management for providers
  • Registration Samples coordination

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Knowledge in Management of administrative activities, Metrics, reports; regulatory activities
  • 2 years of professional experience within Administration/Regulatory area
  • Very good communication skills
  • University level degree in Business Administration/Science/Finance
  • English language; very good spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong IT skills
